Good leaders are vital to any organization. Leaders provide direction and vision, motivation, and inspiration to others to achieve the organization's goals. Throughout the 121-year history of SNA, it was the exceptional leaders that steered the association to success and longevity. Listed below are 117 industry members who served as SNA President over the 121-year history (1899 - 2020). Their tenure on the SNA Board represents six years of service to the association and the industry with the exception of N.W. Hale (1899 and 1900), Tom Dodd, Sr. (1942 and 1943), M.L. Harkey (1944 and 1945), and Bill Boyd (2006, 2012, and 2013). We would like to thank all of the past and leaders for their wisdom and guidance throughout the 121-year history and brought the SNA to the forefront of the horticulture industry for more so many years.
