What is the Ford X-Plan
SNA has partnered with Ford to in order to serve the horticulutural industry better by providing its members with employee pricing plans on most Ford vehicles.
The X-Plan program is available through all participating USA dealerships, however dealer participation is voluntary. You should inform the dealer of the X-Plan eligibility during your first contact with your dealer. If for some reason your dealer elects not to participate, you may visit another dealer. Eligibe vehicles that are in limited supply, like most SVT models, may be difficult to obtain through the X-Plan.
Eligible employees and household members may generate two (2) PINs per year to be used towards the purchase or lease of a new vehicle.
The X-Plan is only for new vehicles. Used vehicles are not eligible for X-Plan.
Who Can Use the Ford X-Plan?
Vehicles may be purchased by the company or by an employee of the company. In order to receive the Ford X-Plan benefit, the company must be a member of SNA and its local state association. The discount may be used two times per year per member. Once you have your PIN, take it to your local Ford dealership. Let them know immediately that you are using a Ford Partner Recognition PIN.
How Do I Get My PIN?
In order to receive your PIN, download and fill out the form (coming soon) and fax or email it to the SNA office. The fax number is (770) 953-4411 or email XPlan@sna.org. SNA will verify membership with SNA as well as your state association, then generate a PIN.
***Important: the form must be filled out using the name that will be on the title of the vehicle.***
I Have My PIN -- Now What Do I Do?
Provide the dealer with your PIN and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number or Tax ID number if purchasing the vehicle for your company. The dealer can confirm with this data that you are an eligible X-Plan particiant. You will be required to provide appropriate "proof of identity" and sponsors "proof of employment" to the dealer before completing the sale.
Your PIN is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. After the 12 months, your PIN will automatically expire and no longer count against your 2 PINs/year allotment.
